Previous position: Nine Michigan provider-profile contexts relied partly on historical meeting records or Board File references. Those sources supported the recorded supplier actions but did not by themselves provide a current registry reconciliation, and their identifiers could be mistaken for the authority's current entity-tracking field.
New evidence: The Michigan Gaming Control Board active-entity workbook published July 31 lists all eight underlying entities across the literal Supplier License - Internet Gaming and Supplier License - Sports Betting sections. It publishes a six-digit Entity Tracking # for each entity but does not label that number as a licence or Board File ID.
Our decision: We retained the nine provider contexts, grouped the shared Pariplay entity once in canonical counts, and stored the current Entity Tracking # and workbook sections separately from historical credential or Board File references. Current status now points to the active workbook; the historical source remains visible only for the historical identifier or action it supports.
What did not change: Workbook presence does not create an operator licence, disclose a validity term, expose a product-level approval, or prove that every module is available to another buyer. A missing valid-through date still requires a fresh authority check before contract reliance.

Score impact

No score change. The update strengthens currentness and removes identifier ambiguity without expanding the underlying supplier scope or adding a new jurisdiction.

Digitain — Bulgarian equipment permissions separated from operator licensing

Previous position: The Digitain profile did not record Bulgaria because that market was absent from the structured credential model; its verified coverage summary was limited to the Malta, British, and Curaçao supplier records already captured.
New evidence: The Bulgarian National Revenue Agency register updated through July 6, 2026 names Digitain (MT) Limited, EIK 3171062631, under two ten-year permissions: manufacture, distribution, and service of gaming equipment, and import, distribution, and service of gaming equipment, each with its own decisions and certificate.
Our decision: We added Bulgaria to the market model and recorded the two permissions separately with their exact certificates, corrective decisions, entity, and activity scopes. We did not collapse them into a generic claim that Digitain is licensed for every platform product in Bulgaria.
What did not change: These records do not establish a B2C operator licence, buyer-available hosted route, universal sportsbook or PAM approval, or an exact expiry date. The source states a ten-year term, but we do not choose a start date that the register does not explicitly identify as the validity anchor.

Score impact

Verified coverage and the entity-level record improved, but the overall score did not change automatically. The narrow equipment activities do not by themselves justify a broader platform, operating, or compliance conclusion.

Previous position: The profiles did not record Denmark as verified supplier coverage because the market was absent from the structured credential model; that omission was not evidence that the represented legal entities lacked permission.
New evidence: The Danish Gambling Authority's current register says a game supplier needs its permission to supply games and lists Digitain MT Limited, Delasport Limited, EveryMatrix Software Limited, Kambi Malta Limited, LNW Gaming Malta Limited, Pariplay Malta Limited, Playtech Services (Cyprus) Limited, Playtech Software Limited, and Soft Construct Malta Limited.
Our decision: We added Denmark to the market model and created active verified supplier records only for the profiles connected to those exact named entities. Pariplay Malta Limited appears in both the Pariplay product profile and its Aristocrat Interactive group context; that is one authority record represented at two review scopes, not two permissions.
What did not change: A Danish game-supplier permission is not an operator licence, does not prove that every group product or game is approved, and does not establish the legal entity, commercial terms, or content catalogue available in a buyer's proposed deployment.

Score impact

Recorded market coverage changed, but no overall score changed automatically. The compliance assessment still weighs credential scope, breadth, controls, product fit, and evidence quality rather than awarding points for one additional jurisdiction.

Aristocrat Interactive, Pariplay — New Jersey transaction orders separated

Previous position: The profiles counted PRN 0212601 as a narrow, temporary New Jersey transaction approval through August 1, 2026, without treating it as a plenary casino service industry enterprise licence for Pariplay.
New evidence: PRN 0212601 expired by its terms on August 1. A separate order, PRN 1062602, was signed on July 13 for transactions between Caesars Interactive Entertainment, GW NJ Sports or BetParx, and PariPlay USA through January 13, 2027.
Our decision: We marked PRN 0212601 inactive and recorded PRN 1062602 as a separate active, transaction-specific order. We did not describe the later order as a renewal or as broad Pariplay supplier approval.
What did not change: Neither temporary order is a plenary Pariplay casino service industry enterprise licence or a buyer-available operator route. Aristocrat Technologies' separate New Jersey CSIE record remains a different entity and credential.

Score impact

No score change. The later order preserves one bounded transaction route without expanding the verified credential class or product scope used in the assessment.

Slotegrator — Anjouan B2B term extended

Previous position: The official record for ALSI-202507025-FI2 ended on July 30, 2026, so the profile treated renewal as a verdict-level gate and would have removed Anjouan coverage if no new term appeared.
New evidence: The live Anjouan register now keeps Velund Investment Ltd under the same B2B licence ID, marks the record valid for slotegrator.pro, and extends its expiry to July 30, 2027.
Our decision: We retained Anjouan as active verified supplier coverage, replaced the elapsed term with the regulator's current term, and removed the unresolved renewal warning.
What did not change: The record remains B2B software-supply evidence. It is not a B2C operator licence or a verified hosted-white-label route, and it does not resolve the separate Curaçao or Isle of Man entity mappings.

Score impact

No score change. The renewal preserves existing supplier coverage rather than adding a new jurisdiction, product approval, or operator route.

Previous position: The profiles did not count Alberta as verified supplier coverage. GiG carried only a vendor announcement because we had not captured an entity-specific regulator record.
New evidence: AGLC's registrant export now names Bragg Gaming Group Inc.; iGaming Cloud Limited o/a GiG / Gaming Innovations Group; Kambi Canada Limited; LNW Gaming UK Limited and LNW Gaming Canada Ltd.; PariPlay USA Limited; and Playtech Software Limited, with iGaming supplier or platform classes expiring July 13, 2027.
Our decision: We added Alberta only to the seven profiles represented by those exact entities. Aristocrat Interactive and Pariplay share the PariPlay USA record; it is one regulator entry represented in two product-level profiles, not two independent approvals.
What did not change: A supplier or platform registration does not provide an operator licence, prove every module or game is approved, or extend to providers absent from the register. Vendor announcements and pending applications remain outside verified coverage.

Score impact

Coverage and shortlist eligibility changed where applicable. We did not automatically raise scores for one additional market; each compliance assessment still reflects product scope, credential breadth, controls, and evidence quality.

Kambi — Turnkey product boundary

Previous position: We described Kambi as a sportsbook-only supplier that always required a separate PAM and casino platform.
New evidence: Kambi's current Turnkey page offers an optional in-house full-service PAM covering registration, banking, KYC, bonus and loyalty tooling, plus an integrated casino platform. A third-party PAM remains an option.
Our decision: We removed the sportsbook-only boundary and now treat an external PAM as optional rather than mandatory for every deployment.
What did not change: The reviewed material still does not establish proprietary casino content, a dated game or PSP roster, one approval map for every module, or equivalent depth to a casino-first platform.

Score impact

No overall-score change. The product description changed materially, but the evidence does not yet justify higher game-content or payments depth.

EveryMatrix — Public incident-history interpretation

Previous position: The profile already recorded an empty public incident feed alongside a partial system outage, but its long-form analysis stopped at the July 14 capture.
New evidence: At the July 17 capture, eight OddsMatrix split endpoints still showed major outage while the incident APIs remained empty. A separate unsuffixed Webapi OddsMatrix uptime component was operational with a July 17 updated_at value and no published incident narrative.
Our decision: We now state more directly that zero published incident objects cannot be read as zero outages and that component-state changes are not a substitute for incident history.
What did not change: We do not calculate provider-wide uptime, outage duration, customer impact, or MTTR from component timestamps that are not proven incident start and restoration times.

Score impact

No score change. The update changes how the public record is interpreted, not the underlying breadth or quality of independently measured availability evidence.

GiG — Alberta market claim

Previous position: GiG's recorded verified supplier coverage did not include Alberta because the initial evidence was a provider announcement rather than an entity-specific regulator record.
New evidence: GiG announced AGLC registration and a day-one Alberta launch before we recovered the regulator's registrant export. The announcement established the vendor's stated product and launch claim but did not by itself expose the registered entity or registration class.
Our decision: We initially kept Alberta outside verified coverage. The later AGLC register changed that decision; the separate Alberta register update records the entity-specific coverage now used by the profile.
What did not change: The announcement alone still does not establish a credential. GiG's Alberta coverage now depends on the AGLC record, and neither source replaces buyer-side operator approval or product-level diligence.

Score impact

No score was awarded for the announcement. The subsequent regulator record changes coverage and shortlist eligibility without automatically increasing the compliance axis.

Previous position: The profile counted Slotegrator's active Anjouan B2B record but left the near-term expiry mainly in the credential detail.
New evidence: The official register shows licence ALSI-202507025-FI2 expiring on July 30, 2026. No later renewal or replacement is recorded in the reviewed profile.
Our decision: The expiry is now a verdict-level gate: buyers should not rely on this route beyond July 30 without a renewed or replacement regulator record.
What did not change: Licensing assistance, white-label availability, and vendor-stated Curaçao or Isle of Man claims do not create a separately verified operator or hosted-market route.

Score impact

No pre-expiry score change. If no renewal is recorded after July 30, the credential stops counting as active coverage under the site's date-aware rules.

NuxGame — Active licensing-route gate

Previous position: The page treated NuxGame as a broad turnkey shortlist candidate while its credential evidence was displayed separately.
New evidence: The only regulator credential captured for Nuxgen B.V. is recorded as revoked at the licensee's request on February 12, 2026. The profile contains no current active supplier, operator, or hosted-market credential.
Our decision: We narrowed the recommendation to exploratory software review for buyers that already have an independently settled licensing route. We do not treat NuxGame as the source of an active launch route on current evidence.
What did not change: Product breadth, crypto support, catalogue size, timing, and uptime statements remain vendor claims and cannot substitute for the missing authorization path.

No score increase. The buyer-facing shortlist boundary is now stricter than the product feature set alone would suggest.
