Not confirmed is not unsupported

State contract

Three states with three different meanings

Recorded
Recorded

The current provider profile records the capability. This says nothing yet about the quoted package, supplying entity, market route, deployment, performance or commercial terms.

Not confirmed
Not confirmed

The current profile does not establish the capability. Keep it as an open diligence question; do not convert it into ‘No’, ‘unsupported’ or ‘unavailable’.

Confirmed unsupported
Confirmed unsupported

A bounded current assessment must explicitly establish non-support. This state cannot be inferred from silence, a missing capability record or an incomplete profile.

Column contracts

What each capability column establishes — and what it does not

The boundary is capability-specific. Use it to turn a Recorded cell into an exact proposal line and a Not confirmed cell into a precise supplier question.

PAM / core casino platform
15/17 recorded
A player-account-management or casino-platform product is recorded for the provider profile.

Buyer boundary

Resolve wallet authority, account lifecycle, data ownership, adjacent module inclusion and the exact supplying entity before award.

The profile records an own or proprietary game-studio capability in the assessed product portfolio.

Buyer boundary

Do not infer catalogue ownership, title count, certification, market availability or operator entitlement.

Sportsbook

Resolve trading ownership, odds and data dependencies, risk controls, PAM coupling, settlement authority and approved-market scope.

Live casino

A live-casino product or an eligible platform or aggregation route with recorded live-casino context is present in the profile.

Buyer boundary

Resolve studio ownership, tables, languages, limits, stream resilience, integrations and market-specific availability.

Crypto
8/17 recorded
A current product in the provider profile is explicitly recorded for a crypto-casino context.

Buyer boundary

Resolve custody, key holder, wallets, networks, conversion point, ledger currency, processor or VASP, settlement and legal availability.

Bonus engine
3/17 recorded
A bonus-and-loyalty product is recorded for the provider profile.

Buyer boundary

Resolve eligibility, wagering and expiry states, liability ownership, reversals, wallet reconciliation and jurisdictional rules.

CRM / engagement
7/17 recorded

Buyer boundary

Resolve the data dictionary, lineage, refresh timing, access, retention and reconciliation to operational and financial records.

Headless API

Buyer boundary

Resolve exact APIs, front-end responsibility, versioning, compatibility, rate limits, support, degraded modes and change control.

Decision path

Turn a matrix cell into an award decision

  1. 1
    Name the exact product

Open the provider review and product register. Replace the provider-level state with the exact module, responsibility and dependencies proposed for the target configuration.

  2. 2
    Attach entity and market

Match the product to the proposed supplying entity and the target permission route. A capability cell never grants market access or establishes the contracting chain.

  3. 3
    Write the acceptance line

Put inclusion, configuration, data authority, acceptance tests, price, service ownership, change control and exit obligations into the response matrix and contract schedules.

Use the correct surface
Named products
Inspect exact products, modules, responsibility classes and vertical contexts.
Procurement scopes
Match providers to scope-specific requirements, gates and open questions.
Shortlist comparison
Compare two to four chosen profiles after defining the buying scope.
Market permissions
Keep capability, legal entity, permission kind, market and recorded term separate.
FAQ

Capability matrix questions

Does Not confirmed mean the provider lacks the capability?

No. It means the capability is not established in the current public profile. The matrix preserves that uncertainty instead of publishing a negative claim.

Does Recorded mean the module is included in a proposal?

No. Recorded is a provider-level capability state. The buyer still needs the exact product, legal entity, package line, dependencies, price, market route, acceptance tests and contract schedule.

Why is this separate from the products register?

The products register contains named provider-to-product relationships. This matrix reduces those records and bounded capability assessments to one comparable provider-level state per capability.

Does the number of recorded capabilities rank providers?

No. The matrix is alphabetical and has no winner or overall score. A focused supplier can be the right choice with fewer recorded capabilities, while a broad portfolio can add entity, integration and contract complexity.
