Denmark game suppliers: licence, certification and operator route
The supplier list answers one question: which exact entity holds the game-supplier permission? A launch decision needs four more answers: which product is supplied, which licensed operator receives it, who owns each certification, and what blocks an unapproved release.

None of these relationship rows carries an entity-specific valid-through date. Status and term evidence therefore remain a pre-contract and pre-release control for every row.
Permission-class boundary
What the Danish supplier licence changes — and what it does not
It covers the supply of betting, online-casino and combination games. Supply is broad enough to include casino-game content and services that operate and settle bets.
It applies to the exact licensed supplier entity and may be used only with operators licensed for the relevant Danish betting or online-casino activity.
The licence can be granted for up to five years, but that maximum does not supply a missing entity-specific term.
Operator licence, supplier permission, game and RNG certification, base-platform certification, games-register filing and contract entitlement remain distinct.
A parent company, sibling entity, product brand or acquired catalogue does not inherit the named entity's permission.
“Available in Denmark” is a release conclusion only after the exact title and technical route clear every applicable gate.
Games-register workflow
Certification ownership follows the system boundary
The certification programme applies continuously to the portions relevant to each party's gambling products. The matrix below is the procurement allocation: it prevents a supplier certificate from being mistaken for the operator's base-platform certificate or for a complete production route.

Contract through the exact entity that holds the Danish game-supplier permission and keep its status current.
Match the contracting and technical supply chain to that entity; do not accept a group logo as the legal route.

Current reports, submission dates, unresolved findings, release classification and rollback authority are assigned before production access.

Buyer decision path
Six gates from supplier record to production release
Run these gates in order. A failure at entity or operator level is not repaired by more game certificates, and a passing licence check does not repair an unowned release or reconciliation path.
Every service resolves to a currently recorded Danish supplier entity; shared group or product-profile contexts are deduplicated.
The proposal names only a brand, parent group, affiliate pool or entity that differs from the permission record.
The operator licence route, brand or domain and supplier contract are mapped as one deployment.
The supplier permission is presented as if it were the buyer's operator licence or a standalone market-entry route.
The proposal has stable product and game identifiers, version ownership, exclusions and a change-controlled catalogue.
A group-wide catalogue count or generic casino/sportsbook label substitutes for title- and service-level scope.
SCP.01-SCP.07 responsibilities, report versions, cadence, filing deadlines and remediation owners are explicit.
The contract says only that the solution is compliant, or assigns base-platform certification to the game supplier by assumption.
The sample survives normal play, retry, cancellation or rollback, limits, incident recovery and financial reconciliation.
Certificates and integration tests exist separately but no evidence joins them into the proposed production path.
Notification windows, renewal evidence, regression scope, register filing, rollback, suspension and exit obligations are enforceable.
Launch acceptance is treated as permanent approval or the buyer cannot remove a title or route after a control fails.
Denmark game-supplier questions
Does a Danish game-supplier licence let the supplier operate an online casino?
No. It permits the named supplier entity to supply games or covered game services to an operator licensed for betting or online casino in Denmark. The operator remains a separate licensed party.
Does one supplier entry approve every game owned by the wider group?
No. The permission belongs to the named entity. Each proposed title, RNG, game service and controlled change must remain inside the applicable certification, games-register, contract and operator-release scope.
Can a buyer infer a five-year expiry from the licence class?
No. Five years is the maximum possible supplier-licence period, not an entity-specific term. When the current projection has no start or end date, the procurement record must keep the term undated and make current-status evidence a contract gate.
Who certifies the base platform in Denmark?
SCP.02 assigns base-platform certification to the operator licence holder. A supplier still has to provide the architecture, interfaces and test evidence needed wherever its systems participate in that certified boundary.
